Payment Plans
Plan I
Advance payment, at the rate of 45% of the purchase price – on signing the Preliminary Contract and payable in 30 days period of time on the booking of the unit. The Reservation Fee will be deducted from this Advance payment.
Advance payment, at the rate of 35% of the purchase price payable no later than 30.06.2008.
Final payment at the rate of 20% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the Usage Permit for the appropriate building in which the Apartment is situated has been issued by the competent authorities according to the Bulgarian Territorial Regulation Act, but no later than 30.10.2008.
Plan II
(5 % discount from the final purchase price)
Advance payment, at the rate of 90% of the purchase price – on signing the Preliminary Contract and payable in 30 days period of time on the booking of the unit. The Reservation Fee will be deducted from this Advance payment.
Final payment at the rate of 10% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the Usage Permit for the appropriate building in which the Apartment is situated has been issued by the competent authorities according to the Bulgarian Territorial Regulation Act, but no later than 30.10.2008.
