Location: The holiday complex is situated in the area Raikovski Livadi in Pamporovo resort. The resort is at 1, 700 m altitude and at 85km from the city of Plovdiv. The building is at 800m from the existing lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity to the future sports and tourist centre Perelik.

Property Details: Neviasta (Bride) complex is designed as a residential complex with 55 spacious apartments from 55 to 140 sq. m. with one or two bedrooms. It contains apartments for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests. Completion stage
Monolithic construction with all finishing works completed. The facade will be treated with mineral plaster on a thermal insulation layer meeting standard requirements, the boarding is with impregnated material and stone revetment.
The roof is with Tegola bituminous tiles.
Ceramic tiles on the floors and latex water-based paint on walls and ceilings is planned.

Completion stage of the apartments
The apartments are planned to be delivered completely finished. Flooring - ceramic slabs in the corridors, laminated parquet, primer and latex, faience lining in the toilets and bathrooms. Sanitary and lighting fixtures installed. Heating - a fireplace is with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control. Kitchen and furnishing with a total interior solution available upon an additional agreement.
The building will be completed by the end of August 2008.
