You can secure your favourite apartment for 1 month with placing a deposit of 2 000 Euro - reservation fee (not refundable, but deducted from the 1st instalment).
Mortgage Facility!
If you take out a mortgage you will only have to commit to the deposit payment of 30%. The bank will put up the other stage payments.

*In case of a purchase of 3 apartments the client shall receive a 5% discount from the total price;
